Sisai’s 1995 recording Florecer is the group’s very first creative outlet. Vitality and energy abound throughout this collection.
The word Florecer in Spanish, and Sisai in Quichua both mean to blossom. The blossoming of the traditional sound of their native Ecuador, and the pride they feel toward their native culture is reflected in these words.
Florecer successfully introduced Sisai to their North American listeners, and is a wonderful addition to any music collection.
